so if they did infact wipe i cant see them not being able to atleast refund the amount bought on the account maybe not the items but the "silver" used to buy item mall stuff surely is recorded for such issues.

There is no way to keep track of what is lost in the game or what you did with the items after buying them.

Some of the devs statements seem to point in the direction of they considering this game as a social experiment. That might in it self go against wiping. If Plymouth becomes a wasteland with few people logged on, we might perhaps see a wipe?

If wiped all those special collectors packages would be gone. Hmmm, it is probably why they said the don't plan to wipe. It is too difficult to know who still has cash items and who lost theirs and collectors items etc. If a server becomes unpopulated and they choose to wipe it, they can always give those that are left a timed warning (week, month) to move to a different server before they wipe it.

i know that, but they should typically keep a record that account "mud" bought item 2034566 out of the shop and picked it up in boston. after that its your own fault.

so if they did a wipe they should beable to just go ok account "mud" paid $xxxxx amount of cash so we will refund the account that amount. if the person wants to buy 20 founder packs and lose them all within 20seconds of stepping off boston claim its their own fault. if said person buys 20 founder packs then the server has to be wiped to fix a major issue.. well shouldnt be too hard to refund the amount paid for those
