Is there a way to delete a character?

I created an alt, joined the wrong server with him. Is there a way to delete the character, or transfer him to another server?

You will be able to transfer when they enable it. To delete a character you need to get it killed. If its plymouth thats no problem.

(Im very sorry about what might be considered a derail of this thread, but I didnt find it in my heart to start a new post on this. If moderators do find that I derail and would like to warn/ban me for this please give me notice and I will accepte deletion of the post instead of a warning.)

My simple question is: Any guesses on when the server transfer comes along? This year? 2015? Id love to take my main char to play with my friends.

I am pretty sure you CAN use this name if this character would be permanently killed. Can someone please also comment on this?

Ok, thanks! But would it be the same if you would not have any claim? Because I had 1 character who was killed and now I have another with the same name on the same server, and this one did not had any property to inherit.
But I do not really remember how I was creating him, it was in October...
