How do you make oil?

Oil press need only pulleys and levers to build, not mechanics.

Really? I have spent multiple hours now to try to get all pre skills for Mechanics and all along I have been able to learn Pulleys and levers xP

Thanks, how ever the wiki says nothing about that you need Mechanics nor does it tell you about how to make oil

He speaks the truth. Wiki is rather vague, in plenty of areas. Its abit slick on the Oil bit.
