Cotton money is insanelly afkable unlike other things and that is why it was nerfed.

Would be better if the developers first made the need for trade with other players. Because now there's absolutely nothing to sell except store items and rare stuff like bear paws, needles, pearls.

and basically everything mass-produceable? I don't think i've made more than 50 pieces of leather all together in my entire salem career. For some reason, i really loathe it. I just buy all I need.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

1. read @JohnSnow

JohnSnow wrote:Would be better if the developers first made the need for trade with other players. Because now there's absolutely nothing to sell except store items and rare stuff like bear paws, needles, pearls.

"rare stuff like bear paws, needles, pearls"
i think need here. include Wrought Bars, Steel, Sea Clothes ... etc.

i agree is "mass-produceable" but
isn't easy mass-produceable

1. for Leather - need skins...
IF you live in darkness = hard, because rabbit = marche etc.
IF you not live in darkness = agree then more easy.. but you still need hunt many rabbits..
when you not live in darkness (if you have one character or player what never come darkness) is hard for brains :)
all mass-produceable need time ...

remember? when wrought bar cost 70s now 200-400s ? why? because now small people make this items :)
i think now be more cost because smelter so much nerf...

BUT i agree for on thinks in this topic COTTON IS OP!!! why ?
because you buy Crown Manure + 100-200 Stocks & Cultivars and 400-600 set Weaving
you produce bettwen 3k and 4k extra silvers + 1750s for buy other Crown Manure ? from 100 fields ?
per <0.5, 2> days...
i agree need a lot time...

but you can't got that amount silver in 0.5 - 2 days... in Stall NPC ... only from other player is little possible...

Gardering prof... is totaly usless nobody buy thinks from me :D

No, I meant some useless crap that I do not need. I would rather build more torchposts/braziers/walls instead of selling leather/wrought/steel. So, another +500 to S&C, some needles to clothes and welcome to the cotton fields *****.

Before the nerf it was an ok-ish method for new players, and grindy but fair for older players with a good setup.

Now it is completely useless for newbies and hardly worth the effort for older players.

And why? Because some people were botting it I guess, right?

I don't think nerfs are gonna stop bots anyways it is less money but still money...
to solve it they should work on the clients vulnerability or catch and punish abusers instead of everyone, imho
