I think you need to have at least 2000 to even get the option, but the cost gets reduced by Law & Lore and RNG. I believe that's what kuku's images show.

Theme is almost the same, so I write here.
Today I traveled and found someone's claim with a bunch of scents. I decided to play some ranger, gather up scents for 3000 points and went to search for perpetrator. After about two hours trip on cricket, my client crushed and I had to restart it. But after I went on a character I did not find direction arrow on criminals claim. Scents still in my inventory, but I cant do anything with them. How can I continue to search for perpetrator?
