As said in my first post I tried messing with these.
You deleted it, he is suggesting renaming it and adding a different sound file and naming it the same thing. This would avoid the game redownloading the file, because it wouldn't be "missing". I think this should work, thank you! <3
Could you post as to how you got on with this. Busy doing stuff so can't mess around with it at the moment. I have thought to myself that replacing it with another cached sfx file might not work as I imagine the windmill to be running on a continuous loop.
