It might get a little crowded, but the pot and humus are the origin of forestry trees, I think it's worth illustrating this because it means that grinding up your pots and worms are all the more essential. I think doing something similar to what you did for nut orchards makes sense.
Probably worth making the mine level point to the whetstone as well since I believe there's the same effect on rubble as ore. I don't think there's any other way to get a purity whetstone.
You might want to illustrate that gobblers, hens, and the coop all three together influence the egg... But maybe that's excess info.
Maybe connect field purity to cotton balls for the shellfish traps?
Maybe too nitty gritty, but you can also raise purity of pumpkins (and therefore pumpkin seeds, and therefore fields) via gardening baby bears. A useful trick for saving cash while trying to raise your fields if you have a dozen extra decent pots and/or humus since pots can be raised faster than fields (unless you spam dross like crazy or something).
Purity hay could also potentially be made from farming (ears of cereal can be used instead of gardened grass)
Pumpkins can't be fed to worms anymore (and presumably not to bugs either)
As for the leather, at one time I believe the concentration of the milk of lime affected the % of the leather... Maybe adding more lime to the water will reduce the limed hide less. Needs verification.
