The problem seems to be that you don't know what a wiki is. A wiki's users contribute to the webpage, adding and editing content. There is only one characteristic that distinguishes a website as a Wiki. It is contained in the definition - and you seem to be missing it.
Whether you go with the dictionary definition...
noun, (sometimes initial capital letter) a website that allows anyone to add, delete, or revise content by using a web browser.
or simply quote those who created it...
..."different in that anyone who finds the page can edit it, not just those who operate the page or specific members.
The core element is the same.
Anyone-Everyone. Not a limited group who have some special privilege. That makes it simply a fan site, info site, etc. It does not, in any way, make it a Wiki.
