It's probably slightly more relevant to very weak characters who don't actually have the carry weight to hold massive amounts of food, for what it's worth. 200 bile characters with all the "carry stuff" skills can easily carry 100 kilos of stuff, which for food is a lot of stuff.

It's also a great place to store food as you accumulate your gluttony session

Open up your Studying tab. Mouse over Sugar & Spice and read the information that appears above your cursor.

May also want to take a look at a few recipes with the word "salad" on them, you'll understand why they are good once you exceed 40+ biles.

You can thank me when I acquire your higher scalp score ¦]

This reminds me that there is a written book in-game which you can buy for 100 silver? It's called Gluttony introductory guide and it has all late game foods...

Who sells them? :P

so the 3 h ff food doesn't meet the criteria i mean for beginner food, although its relativly easy to craft the ff timer is just too much. how do all of you guys can raise the biles for 20 points and only have a ff timer of 12 hours? i barely manage 5 points and sometimes have a timer of 8 hours, but in general i find it rather difficult to glutton for more than 3 to 6 points.
i will test the suggestions and if i think they are good will edit them into the first post :D...

so what tips do you have for long gluttony sessions?

1) I cook every food group that is available for me
2) I do not eat 3-hours foods
3) I use berries and vegetables as eat-ups (I dunno if that is a correct english word for what I mean) - i eat them to fill the bar if there is little of it missing.
4) I cook lots of food which is fairly easy to cook, like pest-filled morel or oatmeal crackers.
5) While gluttoning, I raise each point after another - do not disbalance your biles: if you Phlegm is 40 and Black Bile is 20, you'll still need 40 points to level up BB.
6) Try to eat restore foods. For example, wild garlic restores shellfish: consider this while cooking.

Yesterday I did 21-points session for 15 hours of F&F, which I guess is not too bad of a result at any biles-level.
