Doubt you will find much sympathy in the forums, but assuming you are new to Salem you can expect more of this - being things in the game that frustrate you. If you consider the 15 hours of grinding a waste of time, I think you are in for a lot of time wasting if you continue to play. Might be worth suggesting that you play on Prov vs Pop if you are wanting to try to reduce the impacts, because Pop is much more volatile for sure. Welcome to Salem?

May I suggest Providence instead of Popham. Once you get familiar with the game move to the expedition servers. If I were you I would just move your base to another location. They will probably be back for you and your flowers especially now that you have produced tears. Thank you for the hydration.
