As I mentioned before, it's the large factions defining justice - if some group thinks you're a criminal and murder you for that, I don't think it will matter much what you or anyone else thinks about your guilt.


I agree, and since a "crime" implies that there is law, this is just a battle of factions trying to enforce their laws over the others.

Just saying you shouldn't be able to have it both ways. If a criminal act isn't arbitrary, an act of justice shouldn't be arbitrary. The devs just need to establish the tiered justice system, just as they have established the tiered criminal system. They have established what is considered a 'crime', and associated scents and timing & bile drain associated with such criminal acts, and so the same should be established with what an associated 'justice' action is.

There is no 'real' justice in Salem. Only the players perception of it.
