More like my spirit, being imminent in deer, has been killed far too easily. ^^

Two options... either 'hug' it as suggested (literally humping it the whole time)

Or running away a lot... (then running back to strike)

It's charge is big but limited and it'll be stationary for a 1-2 seconds at the end of it...

I don't recommend obstacles... yes it'll stop the deer initial charge... but you'll have to close to strike...at which point you'll get hit again and again and again.. .:)

Stomp can strike trough obstacles, at little risk.

so can you stomp a timber rattler to death throught a wall or fence then
they are realy starting to p**s me off

Yes.

The wall hitbox will likely prevent you from picking it up though.
