Just logged in and was in Roanoke, was about to purchase a couple packs ( adventurer and pioneer ). bear dropped me, woke up naked, bear dropped me again, still naked. lol

wasn't aware you could be ganked in town, It did help me decide pretty quickly not to drop any cash on the game. I'll just have to do things the old fashion way

I don't think it's the same guy. After more keys were sent and new packs were added to the cash shop, griefers found out that killing noobs in cities can now give them premium items, so they keep farming them.

And from the other side - since people are now losing packs they bought for real money they have quite valid reasons to complain.
You can call them noobs and laugh at them, but I think it's not hard to understand that if someone tries a new game, buys stuff for 15$, and then gets it stolen before he even had a chance to use it, he would feel cheated. Which gets even worse, as those sales are supposed to support the game.

Probably right, but in the past few days there have been several threads about it from one guy. Intentions to fix it have already been announced, more declarations of not buying stuff aren't necessary.

The last guy that did this for this exact same reason, but he really whined A LOT on the forums, got reimbursment for his lost purchase.

See this thread, where he was gloating about his reimbursement and be sure to mention it in you letter because fair is fair, and I think you should be reimbursed as well.
