No, humus purity has no impact on fields. It only matters for potables

Seed purity matters. Save your best seeds to plant if you want to raise purity faster.

Better yet you can buy really cheep seeds on the stalls. If you do that every so often, then use the resulting seeds untill they are no longer much higher then your field you can give your crops a real boost.

If you use pure humus on your fields, the resulting crops will have higher purity. It doesn't affect the rate at which the fields gain purity, at least not significantly enough for me to notice. You could use 50% humus on a 0% field and get a crop much higher than 0% purity. But the field purity would increase no more than 1%.

How much higher than 0% are we talking about? If it's really a significant boost, this would in part circumvent the field purity keeping the crop purity down.

This is out dated, humus has no effect on a field and and any increase you get is simply the natural increase due to a good roll.

So "pure" humus is only useful for stuff grown in gardening pots then?
