Bin efficiency (damn extra worms!)

Postby luedi27883 » Wed Jul 10, 2013 12:44 am

My problem is the formula that calculates the humus purity, but doesn't stop at 100% but even includes all worms after that.

Do we really need to check on a purity bin every few hours to get a constant flow of humus with the same purity ???

Every damn worm/python spawning in a bin is ruining the purity even if the efficiency is at 100%. Can't there be a simple check to only include all worms/pythons into the calculation from highest to lowest purity until 100%, so the extra worms don't mess up the good stuff ?

I'm only at 4% (40,70 elemental value) but even there only one worm ***** that up a good whole point down. With all this slow ass grinding this is a great setback, when you need every small ounce of purity.

Or give us a possibility to prevent worms from spawning.

Really ... i'm losing half my purity humus cause of this, because i can only use the good stuff to go higher. The bad humus doesn't help me more than the standard one.

so you are saying that there should be a magic button of Jesus that stops worms from getting into your wooden pit of food and rotten ****?

I guess we could make the bigger worms eat lots of rage formula so they eat the small ones ^^

Thanks for a constructive reply.

And yeah, if no one gives the formula some love, so it only includes worms that actually SHOULD be included (top purity worms that fill up to 100%), then i'm happy with a magic button of jesus

There definitely needs to be something to fix this purity, without legacy crap, is already enough of a pain the new works screwing your mix just adds to it.

It wouldn't really be any different, from how our food magically does not burn.

you clearly haven't seen me cook...

So I haven't been farming for a long time so my question is *Is there no way around this*

Ps: shouldn't this be in suggestions?

I'm just saving money for the purity stuff to pay my ass off later on..
Is anyone working on purity in Jamestown btw?

Nope no workaround as far as i know, most the time i just have 1 good humus and then worms begin to spawn and ruin my good stuff.

Just checked again: 1 good humus (those are the ones i need, the top notch stuff) then 1 worm, 1 not so good humus, 1 worm, 2 even less good humus, 1 worm, 3 more useless humus (now a whole percent below the good stuff) and all this just over night. That's not even enuff for 1 field with top stuff.
