How to make purity bell peppers?? And are they useful?

Purity bell peppers??

I found an abandoned base with some 3-5% purity bell peppers. Was his gardening pots good? Maybe I should have robbed them too.
Are these peppers useful? Should I plant them? Should I plant them in his pots instead of my own (my pots are crap)? How did he get the peppers up to 3-5%? Does water matter when planting in a gardening pot?

Original Plant = 50%
Pot = 16.667%
Humus = 16.667%
Water = 16.667%

So therefore, if you plant your 3-5% vegetables you will need to make sure that (2) of the 3 things that also effect its purity are higher than the 3-5% (or one thing is drastically higher) or you will not see much of a change.

You will find lots of stuff like that in abandoned bases. I find that the pots are usually crap, they just used really good humus. Unless you have good humus, water, and pots there is not much point in you planting them so just use them or feed them too your worms.
