Town church

Hi, to the Salem community! I played HoH 3 years ago. Now came back and discovered Salem and 7th World launch. Decided to play Salem

I got a problem. Me with my friends settled in darkness on low stats, ~25 currently, so darkness makes a lot of pain. We marked "Build church" task with Highest priority.
As wiki says, i must learn Theology to get ability to build church. Currently Theology learned, but i have no Church in buildings menu. I need some other skill or this is bug? Help me please with this trouble. Thank you!
