It is impossible to get above low 80% produce even with 100% everything. My best guess is that once you are working with product above 70 alchemical properties it takes 10 alchemical right off the top and then randomizes (or something similar to that is going on). It is not longer a "random" +/-. Your going to get a lower product no matter what. The only question is how much lower. This is also what makes the claims that people are producing 90% product AFTER the purity nerf that much more outrageous.
