I know what proficiencies cap what things but what are they capped at? Does anyone know the equation?

Proficiencies don't cap.

Purity hardcaps at 10x multiplier.

However after extensive testing there is a softcap on purity seeds/crops at about ~40%. Even using 100% seeds and 90%+ humus crop yields always drops so it certainly won't be possible to naturally grow beyond those benchmarks again EVEN if you have large supply of endgame humus.

well, for one: mines and mountains DOES cap the purity of lime/granite you can find.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

Question was confusing I didn't think of capping natural resources that way.

That cap is around ~10% max
