Clothing Slots?!

Before you rage, know that I did search for answers and although I found plenty of references I failed to find any answers.

Clothing Slots: Either my current clothing does not have any slots, or I do not know how to access them. I know how to access the slots in my backpack, for example – but when I right-click any of my clothing, nothing happens.

“Slotting” – When I mouse-over an Indian Arrowhead, for example, up pops:
“Indian Arrowhead
When Slotted:
Difficulty 55 to 5 (with an incredibly tiny icon/graphic after the “5”)
Common combat power +5”
1. Slotted where? Clothing? Backpack? Inventory? In my hand(s)?

Translucent boxes: At the bottom of my screen are 10 translucent boxes numbered 1-0. What are these for and how do you use them?

Thanks for your patience. Like soooo many others, I wish this game had clearer instructions and/or a tutorial.

You can't "access" your slots. If you put your mouse over your clothes you can see a list of available slots. Items can be slotted only on clothes,you take the item and right click on them. It will give you a percentage,which is you chance of slotting the item.

The boxes are shortcuts,you can drag any action from the menu and put it in a box.

Thanks! I managed to do it - though I also managed to break a slot in the process. Also, thanks for the link - I actually read that post in my search for slot info.
