Here is a little breakdown of servers.

Plymouth: If you want to learn the game and live under an overlord pay the tribe and join the reservation. The community there is good but will eventually become the lowest population server as it has already become 'conquered' with no means of another faction usurping MM.

Roanoke: Two major factions; Russians and Candy Gang. Neither capable of wiping out each others' bases. Candy Gang is actively killing criminals so all minor factions have halted all criminal activities out of fear and since Russians/Candy Gang have characters 2-4x stronger than other factions nothing will change here unless there are losses to quitting the game. I foresee Roanoke turning into the least criminally active server of the 3.

Jamestown: Once Farmville, any server 'dominated' by one player proves how weak it is. All factions killed/destroyed in previous 2 servers are re-rolling on Jamestown as it is very safe to build an 'invincible' base and farm to your hearts content. As there is no dominant faction for the time being there are several sleeper groups growing in strength and developing as evidence by the shift in populations and second hand reports. I foresee Jamestown being the most 'balanced' and volatile server in terms of power and criminal activity as biles will be more even and within the 200-250 range for top end factions with good gear.
