containers in lean-to

Postby zentara » Fri Apr 05, 2013 11:48 am

I put two containers in my lean-to, but every time I try to access them I lift them, rather than open them. This happens even after logging out. Is this normal? At first I thought it might be because I was still in lift mode but have checked and find that I'm not.

(Probably a daft newbie question I know, but so far haven't found a solution).

Thanks for all help.

You can't access them without lifting them out first. This is the way it is intended to work ;)

The lean-to is actually a container for liftables, so you can store anything you can pick up in there. It just happens that containers like crates and baskets are liftables and it's convenient for a new player to store a couple in their lean-to for protection overnight.

Wow, I didn't realize you could put any liftable in there :D With the new purity mechanics it might be interesting to stash high-purity logs or granite boulders in there.
