How can i sell items in town like seeds or iron?

announce it in the chat and be lucky the odd chance of not being scammed. (you trade in the barrels and everyone has access to them, so be carefull)

or use the trade forum (better chance of not being scammed)

and you can sell hides and savage charms to the white stalls just right click and click sell.

the blue stalls (player stalls) are all rented.
