Advertising or not this is really bad, by any community's standards. Anyone familiar with a PC or trouble shooting in general would end up checking out their caps lock. Hell in this case the post title and body are all uppercase. So either they are trying to get across that they are super mad, or completely unaware. But that makes me wonder, if their caps lock key was on during registration, all the way up until they made this post, wouldn't that mean it was also on when they were entering their log-in credentials?

No. His username, at least, is all lowercase.
