Cant place any objects

This is very wierd after the update i cant place anything new on the ground. I want to place an ore smelter land is flat says you cant build that here. Same with cabinet for outside. Everything is flat and ive placed object alot before is something wrong with the update cause i never had this issue before?

Are you trying to build on forest tiles? If so, you need to dig up all the leaves before you can place the build sign for the smelter. Cupboards can not be built outside of a house.
