Increase Biles

What are the best foods to increase the yellow bile? Currently I'm at 17 Phlegm, 18 Blood, 12 Yellow, and 22 Black bile. All of the food I eat somehow goes to black bile which is useless. How do I get to about 50 ish for all?

If you have the possibility you might buy some mercury pure pumpkin flesh from other players. If not then I think crab salad is good for yellow bile

Also a good idea to consult the Wikipedia page on food, you can sort them by humours to see which works best for you (best to start with lower tier foods).

I couldn't wait for something like this to pop up, so I made it myself a while back. Chances are it's in need of being updated, but it may help you coordinate and plan your leveling.

Anyone is free to use or help with organizing these. I just find it easier than going to the wiki, which is impossible to list in an efficient way, and opening each food is just tiresome.

* Edit * - Just checked, yeah this is pretty outdated. I'll be updating it in a day or so with all recent patch additions. And maybe I'll make it pretty.
