There isn't one. The best anyone can suggest is to keep an eye on announcements for new material and on the bug tracker for anything loftar posts.

Will there be one? Sounds kind off strange for a beta to not release a changelog (well even if not beta it is strange), so we don't know what's fixed?!

At this point, no there won't. Maybe one day they will start keeping comprehensive change logs.
