Alt stuck on p-claim

I know I have seen at least one topic about this but I can't find it anywhere.

My alt used a complementary leanto to get to my main claim. Problem is, it landed inside a walled in area and can't get out. At one brief moment my alt was able to walk on the claim. I used my main to open the gate and get the alt out that way, but then had a complete brain fail and accidentally clicked the home teleport instead of Boston. Now this toon is stuck inside the claim again and this time it can't move at all. No teleport or even log out.

How do I get the alt off the claim?!
