1. What happens when your claim ran out of upkeep? Does your claim disappear?

2. Is there a faster way to imput fuels in to kiln, fireplace, stove, stuff like that, having to click the fuels and the structure so many times sucks.

1: Your claim wont disappear, neither will your claim stone. Keep in mind stuff might start to break down do to wear and tear and anyone an come into claim and destroy it or steal without leaving scents.

i can walk on many claims, even take things, without trespassing, and criminal off.

Those are unkept claims then. The only claim you can walk on with criminal acts off is a dead claim that has run out of money. You can take anything with no scents. You can even destroy their claimstone.
