Autumn Delight ??

I had some trouble to make one of those. Finding those damn Cestnuts wasn't easy. Then roasting them. Now I have finished one Autumn Delight, and it seems its no use .. all effords for nothing?

Is it an Unbaked Autumn Delight? If yes, those have to be baked in either the coals of a firepit, or a meatsmoker.
