If I want to bind keys to an alt character on the same account as the master key, is that possible?

get a character in combat or KO on the claim and then log on a different character.

Another option is to take the alt off the claim, remove their privileges, and then have them trespass just to get the criminal debuff. Walk them back off the claim and log out. They will stay logged on while you attune the key to them. Give them back their privileges and log the alt back on. Be sure to walk off the criminal debuff before going back onto the claim. Even with privileges restored, walking back onto the claim with the criminal debuff on you will result in BB drain.
