Building dissapearing on claimed homesteaded territory

Hello,
I have a small operation about 1700 sqm going and have a problem. Recently 2 drying racks dissapeared. Thought it was strange and intended to investigate. However once my bakery suddenly just vanished I upgraded my intentions to urgent. What is up with this? Area is claimed. Walled.

Update:
Does this have to do with rent/upkeep? A little more info on the subject would be appreciated, especially, actually urgently so, baked into the game concept as this is a major annoyance and a clear design/communication flaw if so.

If its claimed and you have no silver (upkeep) in your claimstone then your claim isnt working at all. Rightclick claim stone to open claim menu. You have ammount of silver written there. Second number is max silver you can put in it. It will last for 2 months.
To put silver in. Left click purse/silver right click claim stone.

to put more money in you need to click the silver/purse and right click on the stone.

Make sure to keep your claim full of silver, or people will be able to commit crimes on your claim without leaving scents.

Even if you have a small amount silver on your claim, it might not protect the objects on your claim from decay. If the number on the claimstone is red, put more money in it.
