by default in enders, you can left click on any icon in the minimap to move to it, or even right click on the it to interact. If you want to move to a spot and not an icon, you can control+left click.

Funny, I never read Sevenless' guide until after I got going.
I recommend reading the section about Gluttony whenever you are ready for it. It is far better than the wiki.
