where you installed your java at
somewhere like:
c:/program files/java/bin/javaws.exe

Dont open in java, just start the game. You dont have to activate java after you have installed it.

You might want to explain that a bit better, dageir. I think I know what you're trying to say, but others might not.

Find your java folder (c:\program files\java\jre7\bin\) and there will be a file called javaws.exe.

Click,drag, and drop the salem.jnlp file on to javaws.exe to open it.
