Where am I

If I want to make an alt, and join it up with my main character, how do i find out where he is? I have no idea of my location relative to Roanoke.

If you have set up a claim (an actual claim, not just a leanto set as your homestead), you can go into your buddy list and set a homestead secret for yourself. Have your alt talk to the wilderness guide and type in your homestead secret (be sure to hit enter after typing it) and then they will get a complimentary port to your claim.
