PW-Reset?

Hi,

unfortunately i forgot the account name of my 2nd account :/
The PW-Reset function via E-Mail isn't working (no such user has been found). But I'm sure that the address is the right one.

Shouldnt it be one account per player?

you can have as many as you want(accounts/chars)
