Had to reset the computer

I had to reset the computer and erase every ting on it and now it wont let me download enders or play the regular client, so what do i do?
I keeps bringing up another tab that says a bunch of stuff thats in red and blue and don't know what to do some one help me out please and thanks.

Have you reinstalled Java?
Maybe try to read what "tab that says a bunch of stuff thats in red and blue" says?
