Skillz please help.

Really stuck. I spent all evening trying to raise my skills past 500 but i cant do it. Everytime I level skill and press it when it green, the one i increased before goes back to 500.
Whats going on?

I'm not sure if I understood you correctly. Can you post screenshots of before click and after?
Also, when you are knocked out 2 of your proficiencies are reduced, maybe you lost points this way?
