hi there.
i tryed to buy a "town charter" (to make a new city) at the npc's.
but the npc that use to sell it called "Benjamin Bryberry" are not there!(and its still in the salem "wiki" guide...saying that "Benjamin Bryberry" is selling it...)
i tryed to search on other npc's out there, with no results, need help.

Don't buy from him he charges more. Pretty sure you can still buy the charter from the normal white stals (same places you sell cotton and charms.
