Well, nothing - i`ve decided to build a new place, but i`ll try, thanks a lot for your important and helpful clarification.

Well, it worked to me: house is destroyed (with hands, pretty fast, no arson skill needed), all furnitures spawned on the ground.

The reason you are abble to destroy a house is because you are a claim owner. If you weren't you'd have to use arson to get it.
