Whats the indian arrowheads

I have found a few arrowheads and feathers and made the charms, but lately all i find are the arrowheads, i have a bout 10 of em and no feathers to make the charm with to make fat loots, any thoughts?

I would just throw them away, and find another once I have a feather.

I usually keep a couple arrowheads at my base and only replenish stock when I run out. Arrowheads are much more plentiful than feathers so there's no point in keeping a chest full of them. If you pick up every time you see one don't expect to find a matching amount of feathers.
