How does the whale work?

Postby ArgentRhapsody » Sun May 22, 2016 6:55 am

I have no idea how the whale works, lol. I just know I want some of that ambergris.

Is there any way out from inside the whale? Does someone have to kill it? How do you even kill something like that? I noticed whale blubber in the stalls, so it must be possible.

Blubber and whale bones are from the beached whale exploration event, and have no connection to the whales you see swimming, as far as I know.

Ambergris, Pinnochio Noses, Calamari, and Torn Tentacles are found inside of whales (torn tentacles can be found elsewhere).

I won't say more than that because I haven't done any of the whale stuff, and have only heard things.

Edit Oh, one thing I have heard that I will say is that the madness gains from rummaging through whale **** are tremendous.

Get swallowed... go through the maze while slurping whale crap and gathering ambergris. Get to the end of the maze and you'll be spit out by the whale.

Also, last I heard, if you're counting on being able to simply plop your canoe back into the water when you exit, you might be in for a rude surprise.
