I spent days n days to learn trespassing...now i got it i go to sumones claimed land, and it says land is claimed by someone and wont let me enter....WTF is this BS....what is the point of trespassing if it cant do just that? or am i doing sumthing wrong?

Turn on 'criminal acts'.
You can trespass some other ppl claim even without trespassing. Trespassing allows you to open their containers and see whats in them. To steal stuff you'll need larceny
Don't let your black bile drop to 0 while you are on someones claim or you'll be KOed for 24h.

mouse over it and it will say how long. move away from the scene of the crime to decrease the timer.

Tresspassing skill is not required to enter someone's claim. You can do that without skills, you only have to turn criminal acts on. But even then you will be stopped at the claim's border and be given the warning, so that you don't enter and get criminal debuff by mistake. You will enter when you retry.

Tresspassing skill is needed to open containers / enter buildings.
