Inside buildings part of claim?

Are the insides of houses part of a village or p-claim? (not your characters claim, but someone else's)

If you were logged asleep inside your house and the town claim outside was destroyed and replaced, can you log in, drop your inventory and port to providence so long as you don't leave your house without getting stuck?
