Issue with purchase of coin

I just bought some coin from the store. GOt my mail it was in a box. opened the box and got .... nothing. nothing in inventory nothing in purse and nothing put in the bank. How do I fix this???????

I would suggest to contact the devs.

Its the first time that I have heard something like this, altough I once have opened a giveaway silver box which was suposed to hold 100s orso IIRC and it was empty aswell.

*FYI in most cases you can get a much better cash to silver rate if you buy tools or other packages and then later sell them to people.
