thorn bush flowers

just found a large area with a few thousand thorn bush's was wondering if they flower at the start of a certain season or if its random when they flower and if we are still able to pick the rare flowers through picking the thorns or if its only when they are actually flowering

not sure if it's limited to, but much more frequent blooming during everbloom. can find very rarely when picking thorns.
