Equip Jute Shirt?

Hi, All:

New to the game, and enjoying the steep learning curve. I've perused the Forum, have learned a lot, but have not seen an answer to how to put on the Jute Shirt I just made. None of the slots want to take it, and I have not been able to figure this out. Pointers?
