Deer Tick

Once the deer tick has been hidden in clothing, is there a way to remove it if you discover it (by getting sick)?

well once u got sick by it its automatically removed from the clothing i believe.

Ah, that's what I was wondering but just wanted to double check. I wonder if you catch one of the regular diseases or if more were added that are specific to the tick? The devs seem to like to shake stuff up from time to time.....
