More noobie questions - Honeysuckle and mines

Postby Ferax » Tue Dec 22, 2015 6:31 am

Just a quickie this time, as the actress said to the bishop.

Honeysuckle - Can it be grown? I've only ever found one, and I feel it's my preciousssss.

Once there are no more visible ore veins in a mine does one go on digging randomly? Not that I have a pickaxe, but a person can dream!

Honeysuckle grows quite plentiful in the shrub biome. Its actually everywhere there. You can then feed it to caterpillars. The fatter the caterpillar, the more blood it gives you if you gluttony, but you must be careful not to feed the caterpillar too much or else it will go inside its cocoon. You cannot grow it in pots.

Yes once you exhaust your ore vein you will want to randomly keep removing rubble until you reach another vein.

I suggest straight lines about 6 spaces between.

Aww, well that suckles! But perhaps my future forays into shrub land will be more productive now I know to look for it. My caterpillars have all been eyeing it so intently I'm planning to put my honeysuckle on stick and tying the cats to my sled. There are speed records to be broken!

Thank you for the mining advice. Once suitably attired this is what I shall do!

I like your attitude :). You now have a handful of kudzu's in your postmaster. Merry X-mas to both you and your caterpillar.
