Are you able to control your character using WASD? (i.e. it's not just the view not updating?).
Make sure if you have both backpack and inventory open that leftclicking on an item picks it up on the cursor (this checks that you do not have any modifier buttons active - modifier buttons such as alt shift ctrl are shared between the UI and the game world).

I would be in Salem on my homestead and I could move stuff around in my backpack but I couldn't click on anything at all in my inventory. When I tried to move after closing my inventory, I couldn't move. I could just stand...chat... and move around stuff in the bookbag. Eventually it stopped and I was fine.

Wow, that's weird; sounds more like a server brainfart.

Finally, the problem has been solved :D . Apparently my Color Depth was set on 16bits and after changing it to 32Bits I am now Alive again and sayonara to my buddy "Floor Patterns" its been 8 Long days and it was horrible no offense ;) . I'm not sure what caused it to be set on a lower color depth though, from what I recalled doing was installing Razer Cortex onto my computer. It was recommended by a friend of mine, he says it boost some of your games which it really does on some cases "AKA Minecraft = Eats a lot of Ram if hosting for more than 10 people on the neighborhood". I would like to say Thanks to Kandarim on his Spot on advice on my problem and all the guys who contributed thier on tackles on the problem :D . It might be good Idea to make a post on this subject for the guys that might encounter the same problem in the future :).

I now declare this Case Bandaged and Healed up.. Thanks again guys for the effort. :D
